DUBAI MALL AQUARIUM...
The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo inside Dubai Mall (the world’s largest shopping mall), developed and operated by Oceanis Australia Group. The 33,000 marine animals, among these are some 400 sharks and rays. The sea creatures are housed inside a magnificent, shatter proof, transparent thermoplastic measuring 8.3 by 32.88 meters. The 750 mm thick panel holds 10 million litres of water. The acrylic viewing panel is larger than Japan's Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium but smaller than Singapore's S.E.A Aquarium and China's Chime-Long Ocean Kingdom.
The aquarium is well regulated under International Standard of Ethics and Animal Welfare Policy.
