After the Official First Look teaser trailer released in May this year, Universal Pictures has now released a full-length trailer of the upcoming movie “Steve Jobs”. The two and a half minute trailer gives us some glimpses of the Steve Jobs biopic directed by Academy Award-winner Danny Boyle.
The movie has been adapted from the bestselling biography “Steve Jobs” by Walter Isaacson. The script for the movie has been written by Aaron Sorkin and it is said that he has done a great job of it. The movie focuses on Steve Job’s professional life in Apple as well as his personal life, touching on his relationship with his daughter Lisa Brennan-Jobs.
Michael Fassbender has played the role of Steve Jobs while Seth Rogen is the Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and Kate Winslet is the initial Macintosh team member Joanna Hoffman in the movie. Jeff Daniels plays John Sculley, former CEO of Apple who had ousted Steve Jobs.

The movie runs through Apple’s initial growth followed by events leading to Steve Job’s ouster from the company and later his return. We will get to see the background story of how brand “Apple” was built, behind-the-scenes for three product launches (but only up to the introduction of iPod) and how Steve Jobs rose to become the epicenter of the modern digital revolution.
This not the first instance that a movie has been made on Steve Jobs. Earlier, a film titled “Jobs” was made where Ashton Kutcher played the role of Jobs but the movie did not perform well at the box office.
However, the upcoming movie “Steve Jobs” seems to have generated a lot of interest and is expected to do well when it hits the theaters on October 9 this year.
